Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold on sagarmedicalstore.in are digital downloads(PDF guides) delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and agree that you are not entitled to a refund after the PDF has been delivered to your email.

2. 1-on-1 Consultation Sessions

For the VIP Personal Guidance session (1-on-1 consultation):

  • Once a session is purchased and scheduled, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests within 30 days of the original session date.
  • If we are unable to deliver the session due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.

3. Live Webinar Registrations

For webinar registrations:

  • Registrations are non-refundable once confirmed and the meeting details have been sent.
  • If the webinar is cancelled by us, all registered participants will receive a full refund within 7 business days.
  • If the webinar is postponed by us, your registration will automatically carry over to the new date. Refunds will be available upon request if the new date does not work for you.

4. Non-Delivery or Technical Issues

If you did not receive your PDF guide or confirmation email after a successful payment, please contact us within 48 hours at support@sagarmedicalstore.in with your order details. We will resend your purchase promptly or issue a refund if we are unable to deliver.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, please contact us immediately. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days after verification.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI / debit card / credit card) through Razorpay. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
